VCLLI: Two Steppin w/ Nkenge

Participants will learn various line dances as a fun way to incorporate physical activity in daily routines. Participants will also learn a variety of stretching, balancing, and strength training exercises.

Brief Bio of Presenter: Nkenge Hyter is an urban regional Extension agent for the Alabama Cooperative Extension System. She serves the Birmingham’s Urban Center covering Jefferson, Blount, St. Clair, Shelby, and Walker counties. Her program focus is human nutrition, diet, and health.
